데일리톡KF 아동 안전 표준

1. 적용 범위와 이용 연령

이 표준은 모든 국가의 이용자와 프로필, 사진, 자기소개, 스토리, 댓글, 채팅, 링크 등 서비스 내 콘텐츠 및 행위에 적용됩니다. 데일리톡은 이용약관에 따라 18세 미만의 이용을 허용하지 않습니다. 성인 대상 서비스라는 이유로 아동 안전 의무가 면제되지 않으며, 허위 나이 등록이나 아동을 대상으로 한 위해 행위도 허용하지 않습니다.

2. 금지하는 콘텐츠와 행위

• 아동을 성적 대상으로 묘사하거나 아동에 대한 성적 학대·착취를 담은 자료의 제작, 업로드, 요구, 전송, 유통 및 접근을 돕는 링크 게시
• 아동과의 성적 접촉이나 성적 이미지 교환을 목적으로 신뢰 관계를 만드는 행위(그루밍), 성적 대화·촬영·만남을 유도하는 행위
• 아동의 실제 또는 조작된 사적 이미지 등을 이용한 협박, 금전 요구, 강요 등 성적 갈취(섹스토션)
• 아동의 상업적 성착취, 성매매, 인신매매를 알선·홍보·모집하거나 이를 지원하는 행위
• 관련 법령상 불법인 아동 성착취 합성물·가상 표현물과 이를 제작·공유하도록 조장하는 행위

3. 앱 안에서 신고하는 방법

문제가 있는 계정의 프로필 → 더보기 메뉴 → 신고하기에서 신고 사유를 작성하거나, 홈 → 설정 → 1:1문의로 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고 내용에 ‘아동 안전’ 또는 ‘CSAE/CSAM’을 표시하고 계정·게시물 식별 정보, 발생 일시와 경위를 알려주세요. 필요한 경우 해당 계정을 차단할 수 있습니다.

이메일 indus2026@gmail.com으로도 신고할 수 있습니다. 의심되는 불법 이미지·영상 자체를 신고용으로 다시 내려받거나 복제·전달·첨부하지 말고, 앱 내 위치와 식별 정보로 알려주세요. 즉각적인 위험이 있다면 현지 긴급 신고 또는 수사기관에도 연락하세요.

4. 신고 검토와 콘텐츠·계정 조치

운영 담당자는 접수한 아동 안전 신고를 우선 검토하고, 위험이 의심되는 경우 검토 중에도 필요한 임시 접근 제한 또는 이용 제한 조치를 취합니다. CSAM 또는 CSAE를 실제로 인지·확인하면 관련 콘텐츠의 삭제 또는 접근 차단, 계정 이용 정지·영구 제한 등 상황에 맞는 조치를 지체 없이 취합니다. 이용자는 신고 이후에도 관련 자료를 다른 이용자에게 유포해서는 안 됩니다.

조치에 대한 문의나 이의제기는 1:1문의 또는 담당 이메일로 접수합니다. 검토를 이유로 피해 아동의 안전 확보나 법령상 필요한 조치를 미루지 않습니다.

5. 관련 법령 준수와 관계기관 신고

대한민국의 아동·청소년 성보호 관련 법령 등 적용되는 아동 안전 법령을 준수합니다. 확인된 CSAM은 적용 법령과 관할에 따라 미국 실종·착취아동방지센터(NCMEC) 또는 관련 지역의 권한 있는 기관(대한민국의 경우 경찰 등)에 신고하고, 적법한 수사·보호 요청에 협조합니다. 자료의 보존·제공은 적용 법령에 따른 필요한 범위와 절차로 제한합니다.

6. 신고자와 피해 아동의 정보 보호

신고자와 피해 아동의 개인정보 및 신고 자료는 신고 검토, 보호 조치, 법령상 의무 이행에 필요한 범위에서만 취급합니다. 필요한 담당자와 적법하게 권한을 가진 기관 외에 관련 정보를 불필요하게 공개하지 않습니다. 세부 개인정보 처리 기준은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

7. 아동 안전 담당자

담당자는 이용자 및 Google Play의 아동 안전 관련 연락을 접수하고, 신고 검토와 조치 절차에 관해 설명하며 필요한 대응을 진행합니다.

8. 표준의 관리

이 표준은 기존 이용약관의 불법행위 금지 및 서비스 운영 기준을 구체화한 공개 아동 안전 정책입니다. 운영 기준이나 법령이 변경되면 본 페이지의 내용과 적용일을 갱신하며, 이용약관 자체의 변경이 필요한 경우에는 해당 약관의 변경 절차를 따릅니다.

1. Scope and minimum age

These standards apply globally to all users, profiles, photos, introductions, stories, comments, chats, links and conduct on our service. Our Terms of Service do not permit users under 18. Operating a service for adults does not exempt us from child safety obligations. Falsifying age or targeting children for harm is prohibited.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

• Sexualizing children; creating, uploading, requesting, sending or distributing CSAM; or sharing links that facilitate access to it
• Grooming a child for sexual contact, sexual conversations, sexual imagery or exploitation
• Sextortion, including threats, coercion or demands involving real or manipulated intimate images of a child
• Soliciting, advertising, recruiting for or supporting commercial sexual exploitation or trafficking of children
• Illegal synthetic or virtual child sexual exploitation material, or encouraging its creation or distribution

3. Reporting within the app

Open the account's profile → more menu → Report, or use Home → Settings → 1:1 Inquiry. Include “Child Safety” or “CSAE/CSAM”, account or content identifiers, the time and a description. You can also block the account.

Reports may also be sent to indus2026@gmail.com. Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected illegal images or videos to make a report. Identify their location in the app instead. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

4. Review and enforcement

Our operator prioritizes child safety reports and takes necessary temporary access or account restrictions where risk is suspected. On obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we act without undue delay, including removing or disabling access to content and suspending or permanently restricting accounts as appropriate. Users must not redistribute the material after reporting it.

Questions or appeals may be submitted through 1:1 Inquiry or the contact email. Reviewing an appeal does not delay necessary child protection or legally required action.

5. Legal compliance and reporting to authorities

We comply with applicable child safety laws, including relevant laws of the Republic of Korea. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant competent regional authority, such as police in the Republic of Korea, in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction. We cooperate with lawful investigation and protection requests. Evidence preservation and disclosure are limited to the scope and procedures required by applicable law.

6. Protecting reporters and affected children

Personal information and reports are handled only as needed for review, protection and legal obligations. We do not unnecessarily disclose them beyond necessary personnel and legally authorized authorities. Our Privacy Policy provides further information.

7. Child safety point of contact

This contact receives child safety concerns from users and Google Play, explains our review and enforcement procedures, and takes necessary action.

8. Policy maintenance

These published standards clarify our existing prohibition on illegal conduct and our operational safety rules. We update this page and its effective date when our practices or applicable law change. Changes to the Terms of Service follow the amendment procedures in those terms.
